Dear Consult a Chef,

When I first started working at the Home Team Grill I was a server. I had worked in many restaurants before but I was not familiar with the management aspect of the company. When I was promoted to manager you guided me to become the great manager that I am today. You brought organization, consistency, and most importantly profitability to the business. When I decided to join the management team you made sure that I was fully trained throughout all aspects of the restaurant, from kitchen, to bartending, to front of the house. I feel confident in my job and the decisions that I make. I know that you are always there to support me. Not only did I learn a lot, but I had a good time doing it.
