I just wanted to write and thank Consult A Chef
for helping me organize and structure my business. The easy to use
worksheets and templates have been embraced by my management team and
employee’s. Following the eight steps to success has allowed us to focus
on the number one task, taking care of the customer! The website along
with some consulting help from Daniel Diebel and Roland Baker, has
allowed me to produce a complete operations manual that will enable me
to reproduce The Home Team Grill concept.

Dear Consult a Chef,
When I first started working at the Home Team Grill I was a server. I
had worked in many restaurants before but I was not familiar with the
management aspect of the company. When I was promoted to manager you
guided me to become the great manager that I am today. You brought
organization, consistency, and most importantly profitability to the
business. When I decided to join the management team you made sure that
I was fully trained throughout all aspects of the restaurant, from
kitchen, to bartending, to front of the house. I feel confident in my
job and the decisions that I make. I know that you are always there to
support me. Not only did I learn a lot, but I had a good time doing it.
I would recommend anyone that opens up a restaurant and wants to be
